BOOKING & CONSULTATION POLICY

 

Our booking and consultation terms and conditions are below: 

We accept bookings by phone (+233 24 857 3519) and e-mail (bookings@baduaa.com

We require your full name, e-mail address, a contact number and a booking fee to secure your booking. You will be sent an electronic confirmation after payment of a non-refundable booking fee.

We recommend that you book ahead. A good guide is 7 to 14 working days. You will get a feedback within 24 hours after payment of booking fee.

Whereby we are unable to honour a booking due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified at the earliest convenience on the contact information you have provided us with. We will do our best to re-schedule your appointment at our next availability. Any deposit taken in this instance will still hold.

 

Booking fee deposits can be paid through bank transfers or mobile money.

All booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as you can if unable to attend your appointment .

Unattended appointments without notifications are treated as cancelled appointments.  

Booking fees are non-refunded upon cancellation or unattended appointments.
